We collect only what's necessary to deploy and operate your agent: your name, email, business name, and operational configuration. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.
Your data is used exclusively to deploy and configure your AI agent, communicate about your deployment, and send invoices and operational updates.
Each client's data is stored in an isolated environment. Your business communications, credentials, and operational data are never accessed by other clients and are never used to train AI models.
We retain your data for the duration of your engagement. Upon cancellation, you may request full deletion within 30 days. Backups are purged within 90 days of the deletion request.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Credentials are stored in an encrypted vault. We conduct regular security reviews of all systems.
